The residential Efficiency Scorecard has been developed by the Victorian Government and is now endorsed by the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) and is available for use across the whole of Australia.
The Scorecard is an in-person inspection of your home’s building fabric and fixed appliances and is used to establish the running costs of your home, comfort levels, greenhouse gas emissions and generate an energy star rating.
Ephe’s Scorecard assessment service includes a comprehensive report, covering all items recorded on the day of the assessment, the benchmarks of each items and installers within your area, if you wanted to proceed with upgrades. We also produce a variation to demonstrate what would happen with your consumption, costs and comfort levels if you were to proceed with improvement options. Giving you the answers you need prior to engaging with salespeople.
The cost of an assessment, including subsidies and discounts, is automatically applied at the point of booking.
If you live in zones not mentioned within our booking system, please contact us to see when we’ll be in your area next.
