After building fabric upgrades
To bring this house up to an average star rating of ~3 Stars, we needed to complete some low-cost upgrades to areas of thermal loss and air leakage. This step signifies the importance of a thermally efficient building envelope and even when installing highly efficient appliances, they will not operate efficiently if the thermal envelope cannot assist with maintaining a comfortable temperature.
